ACCOMMODATION
The Convention Center is situated directly at the Liberty Hotels Lykia. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the main road connecting to the town of Ölüdeniz (Blue Lagoon). The city with its numerous shopping and entertainment possibilities is approx. 3 km away and easily reachable by taxi or minibus. The distance to the international airport of Dalaman is approx. 70 km.

Most rooms at Liberty Lykia Hotels are already block-booked for ICSM 2023 participants. The participants are recommended to stay at the conference venue hotels since the hotel fees include all meals and drinks, many other use of facilities. This is a place with 24 hours service of ultra all-inclusive. A certain number of rooms are secured for session chairs, senior scientists, and invited speakers. Other rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis for regular participants.
The hotel has been built on 400.000 sqm and has two main buildings with total of 944 rooms. These rooms settled as 650 standard rooms, 6 handicapped rooms, 200 family rooms, villas 200 non-smoker rooms. Both Hotels offer to their guests’ reception, lobby, main restaurant, six à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean, Latin, Far East), eight bars, sauna, SPA center, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, 14 conference rooms, ballroom, hairdresser, disco, rent a car, doctor, laundry, internet, fax, telephone, sun beds, towels, umbrellas and mattresses at the beach are free of charge, at 16 outdoor and 3 indoor swimming pools sun beds, towels, umbrellas and mattresses are free of charge, swimming pool for children, water slides on specific hours, plastic mini water slide for children, babysitting on request(with charge), mini club (4 – 12 years), children’s playground inside the mini club.
